The December Student of the Month is Chris Moore. He was nominated by Mrs. Tewell for the following reasons:
"Chris is in my Intro to Art class, and he is one of the few students who always gets right to work after I have given instructions and continues to do his work until it is complete. He always listens to instructions and has few questions. Because of that, he helps the students around him with their work. Often students would rather ask their peers for help than asking me. Chris is always willing to explain the assignment again. He also is the one who opens my door when students are locked out - a simple thing, but it's very helpful to me. He is just a nice, hard-working student. I wish more were like him.”
